Biography
Known as the Chief Energizing Officer (that’s C.E.O.!), Tonia re-energizes her audiences with a fresh, innovative approach to learning. The skills she provides allow participants to work or learn “smarter, not harder”. Super-charged and inspired to learn is how people leave the workshops.

International educator, course developer, published writer and Brain Trainer extraordinaire, Tonia specializes in learning-to-learning. Her unique workshops and materials are consistent with current brain research, and have proven highly effective for people challenged with the stress and pressures of living and working in the Knowledge Era. Renowned for her engaging presentation style and infectious enthusiasm, Tonia has presented at conventions, in-services, universities, government departments and corporations in Canada and abroad. She has also been featured in print, on radio and on television. Tonia has lived, worked and studied in Australia, France, Japan, U.S. and Argentina.

Since 2000, Tonia has also been a Certified Facilitator for the Virtues Project™ International and provides training for leadership development; how to make dramatic improvements in workplace morale and resolve conflict peacefully; and how to use the language of the virtues in the hiring, firing and performance review processes. Used internationally, the Virtues Project empowers people from diverse cultures to live by their highest values.

Tonia has been featured on television, radio and in print media. Over the years, she has contributed articles to publications in both Alberta and Japan.
